To prepare the sauce: mix coconut milk, sauce, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool for twenty to thirty minutes.

Bake the potatoes in foil in the oven at 180 degrees, greased with olive oil and topped with a sprig of rosemary.

Grill the steak to the desired doneness and brush with sauce evenly on all sides a few minutes before it's done.
