Dietary chicken sticks in egg batter are a light, crispy, and tender dish from American cuisine. They resemble traditional chicken nuggets but in a healthier interpretation without excess oil and breading. Chicken fillet soaked in aromatic egg batter becomes juicy inside and slightly crispy outside. The simplicity of the recipe makes it ideal for those who follow healthy eating but don't want to give up rich flavors. These sticks pair well with delicate sauces, fresh vegetables, or as a standalone snack. Thanks to their simple and quick preparation, they become an indispensable dish for family dinners or light snacks throughout the day.

1
Cut the chicken fillet into small strips and place it in a deep bowl.

- Ground black pepper: to taste
3
After that, mix thoroughly, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
