Clean the beef tenderloin and cut a 200 g steak.
- Beef fillet: 200 g

Wash the potatoes, salt, pepper, add vegetable oil, wrap each potato separately in foil, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Potato: 2 pieces

- Ground black pepper: 1 g
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml

Fry oyster mushrooms in olive oil.
- Oyster mushrooms: 30 g
- Olive oil: 10 ml

Make a sauce for meat: mix 100 g of olive oil, 10 g of white wine vinegar, 20 g of finely diced red bell pepper, 5 g of finely diced chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Olive oil: 10 ml
- Chili sauce: 40 g
- Cucumbers: 30 g
- Dill: 5 g
- Salt: 1 g

Grill the steak on a hot grill for 1 minute on each side.
- Beef fillet: 200 g

After frying the meat, place it in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees (cooking time depends on the desired doneness).

Dish decoration: place baked potatoes in the center, top with sautéed mushrooms, cut the steak in half and place on either side of the potatoes, drizzle meat with sauce and garnish with fresh cucumber and herbs.
