Turkey cutlets with vegetables

Turkey cutlets with vegetables are the perfect combination of tender dietary meat and aromatic vegetables, creating a rich, intense flavor. This recipe has roots in European cuisine, where simple and healthy ingredients are traditionally combined to achieve flavor harmony. The vegetables make the cutlets especially juicy, while the spicy seasonings add depth to the aroma. Crispy bread crumbs give them an appetizing texture. These cutlets can be served with rice or potatoes and can also be baked with potato slices for a heartier dish. They are great for family dinners or dietary meals, combining health benefits and pleasure in one dish.

1
Break the bread into pieces and put it in a blender, pour in some olive oil, add one clove of garlic, black and red ground pepper, and two small fresh hot peppers. Grind everything into fine crumbs.
- Toast bread: 130 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper: pinch
- Paprika: to taste
2
Place the dough in a baking tray and put it in the oven for 10 minutes to brown and form a crispy crust.
3
Put chopped carrot, onion, bell pepper (green can also be used), 2 cloves of garlic, and olive oil in the blender. Chop finely, but not into a puree. The vegetables will add juiciness to the patties.
- Carrot: 0.5 piece
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Sweet pepper: 0.5 piece
- Garlic: 2 cloves
4
Fry the crushed mass in heated oil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool a bit to avoid burning when mixing the filling. Take out the crispy bread mass from the oven.
5
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add one egg.
- Ground turkey: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
6
Pour out the dough and mix.
7
Queue for chopped and roasted vegetables. Don't forget about parsley and oregano. Add salt. Mix everything well.
- Parsley: to taste
- Oregano: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
8
Make large turkey patties; if not all are used, place them in the freezer and take out as needed to thaw and fry. (From 500g of minced meat, I got 6 patties; I sent the rest to the freezer).
9
Rice or potatoes are suitable as a side dish. You can place the cutlets on top of potato slices and bake them together in the oven.
