Pork in soy sauce with vegetables
4 servings
15 minutes
A completely canonical recipe for fried pork, to which soy sauce gives Asian notes.

1
Cut the pork into pieces about 4x4x4 cm, place it in a bowl, pour soy sauce over it, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Pork neck: 500 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
2
Remove the cores from the apples and cut them into large wedges. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks 4 cm long.
- Green apples: 2 pieces
- Carrot: 1 piece
3
Peel the onion and cut it into large petals.
- Onion: 1 piece
4
Fry each vegetable separately in a large amount of oil over high heat. Place the fried vegetables in a separate bowl without mixing, so the pieces remain whole, fried on the outside and slightly crispy on the inside.
- Green apples: 2 pieces
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece
- Sunflower oil: 0.5 glass
5
Fry the meat last in the same pan, also uncovered, on high heat for 5 minutes, then cover with a lid and reduce the heat to fry for another 3 minutes.
- Pork neck: 500 g
6
Turn off the fire, move the vegetables next to the meat, add pepper, sprinkle with thyme, and mix.
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Thyme: 2 stems
7
Garnish the plate with mint leaves.
- Fresh mint: 2 stems
