Cut the pork fillet into strips 1 cm wide.
- Pork fillet: 400 g

In a bowl, mix honey (if it's very thick, you can slightly melt it, but it's not necessary), onion (sliced into half rings), add salt and ground pepper to taste. Add the fillet to the bowl and mix. Leave for a few hours to let the meat 'soak in'.

In another bowl, beat the egg, onion, finely chopped garlic, and carrot (more for color than taste, so a small carrot can be used), salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add 100 ml of water.

Slice the potatoes into rounds. Place them in a baking dish or sleeve. Top with meat and pour the mixture of egg/garlic/onion over it. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
