Dietetic meat à la française is an exquisite dish that combines the sophistication of French cuisine with healthy eating principles. This recipe was created as an alternative to classic French meat, excluding calorie-dense ingredients while preserving its rich flavor. Tender chicken fillet infused with spices and egg turns out especially juicy. Tomatoes add a fresh tang, and natural yogurt replaces traditional mayonnaise, making the dish light and healthy. Baked cheese gives an appetizing crust and exquisite aroma. An ideal treat for those who appreciate delicious food without excess calories. Served hot, it pairs excellently with greens or vegetable sides. A wonderful choice for family dinners or festive tables!
