Prepare all vegetables: wash, peel.

Cut the potatoes (I cut the halves in half, then into slices of 4-5mm), place them in a glass pot. The potatoes will take up about half of the pot, maybe a little more - that's about five medium potatoes.
- Potato: 5 piece

Slightly moisten the potatoes with boiled water (1-2 tablespoons), cover with a lid, and place in the microwave at maximum power. My power is 700 - I set it for 4-5 minutes. It's important to bring the potatoes to half-cooked! (Sometimes there are denser potatoes that require more time; and with higher microwave power, obviously less time is needed to reach half-cooked).

While the potato is cooking in the microwave, cut a small onion into quarter rings and a small eggplant to match the potato size. I slice the garlic into strips.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Eggplants: 250 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves

Sequentially add onion, eggplant, and garlic to the partially cooked potatoes, distributing evenly. Add salt (no more than a teaspoon), add dried herbs, and lightly mix the top layer with the eggplants. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes.

At this time, we cut half a bell pepper and a tomato.
