Beef goulash is a traditional dish that came to us from Hungary but has also become popular in Russian cuisine. This version of goulash, cooked in a multicooker, is characterized by the special tenderness of the meat, rich tomato flavor, and aroma of spices. Beef stewed with onions, garlic, and tomato paste gains juiciness and depth of flavor, while the multicooker makes the cooking process convenient and simple. Goulash pairs wonderfully with side dishes like mashed potatoes, buckwheat or pasta, becoming a hearty dinner. The dish is suitable for both everyday family lunches and cozy home evenings. Its rich taste and aroma warm the soul and evoke pleasant gastronomic memories.
