Seafood cocktail with vegetables is a refined dish of Mediterranean cuisine that combines the tenderness of seafood and the freshness of vegetables. Mediterranean dietary traditions are known for their simple yet elegant combinations of ingredients. In this recipe, seafood is first boiled and then sautéed with garlic and white wine, giving it a rich aroma. Broccoli and beans add freshness and lightness, while sun-dried tomatoes bring depth of flavor to the dish. Basil completes the harmony of tastes. This dish is perfect for both festive dinners and everyday meals, especially if you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast.
