Caramelize 10 g of sugar in a pan. Remove the apricots from the pit, then place them in the pan. Add honey and a couple of drops of water. Keep the apricots on medium heat for a few minutes.

Mix cottage cheese with flour, add 5 g of sugar and seeds from a vanilla pod. Stir. Boil the resulting mixture in water for 2-4 minutes.
