Turkey Lyulya Kebab

Turkey lyulya kebab is a tender, juicy dish from the rich traditions of Azerbaijani cuisine. Originally made from lamb, it has been adapted to the more dietary turkey meat, making it light yet flavorful. Kebabs cooked on a grill have an appetizing golden crust and a rich aroma of spices. The light sweetness of onion and hints of paprika are revealed during frying, while protein gives the minced meat airiness. Serving with white garlic sauce deepens and spices up the flavor. Turkey lyulya kebab is an excellent choice for both festive gatherings and cozy family dinners.
