Wash the meat, dry it, and pass it through the meat grinder twice.
- Mutton: 500 g

In a deep pot, heat half of the oil and fry the minced meat until cooked for 10 minutes.
- Melted butter: 2 tablespoons
- Mutton: 500 g

Wash the rice. Pour boiling water over the minced meat, add salt and pepper, then add the rice and mix. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
