Homemade Italian-style burgers are a harmonious blend of Mediterranean flavors and traditional burger comfort. First, we prepare the meat: mix the minced meat, add salt and pepper. We turn slightly hardened yesterday's bread into crumbs using a food processor and add it to the minced meat, along with 1 egg, rosemary, and oregano. We shape small balls the size of a palm and flatten them into patties.
- Ground beef: 400 g
- Minced lamb: 100 g
- Rosemary: 5 g
- Fresh oregano leaves: 5 g
- Sea salt: pinch
- Freshly ground black pepper: pinch
- Stale rye bread: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Fry on both sides until cooked in olive oil. Once the patty is almost ready, place a piece of mozzarella on top and cover it with something like a lid. This way, the cheese will melt beautifully on the patty.
- Olive oil: 15 ml
- Mozzarella cheese: 100 g

Slice the onion into rings and place it in a clean pan, sautéing in olive oil for a couple of minutes, then add grape vinegar and balsamic, cooking for another 3 minutes. The onion will become soft, excess moisture will evaporate - the onion is ready.
- Shallots: 2 pieces

- Wine vinegar: 10 ml
- Balsamic cream: 10 g

We cut the buns in half and put them in the toaster to make them slightly crispy on both sides. We slice the tomatoes into rings and separate the lettuce into leaves.
- Round bun: 6 pieces
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Green salad: 1 bunch

We gather everything in order: bun, onion, cheese patty, tomatoes, lettuce leaf, second part of the bun with 2 spoons of homemade tomato sauce.
