Trim excess fat from the chops. Rub with salt and pepper. Mix honey with ginger and coat the pork pieces with the mixture.

- Honey: 2 teaspoons

Wash the apples, peel them, and remove the core. Cut into thin slices. Grease the baking dish with a little oil. Place the pork in the dish and top with apples.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. In a saucepan, melt the remaining butter, add lemon juice and sugar. Mix and pour over the pork, leaving 2 tablespoons in the saucepan. Cover the dish with foil, place it in the oven, and bake for 1 hour. 10 minutes before the meat is done, remove the foil and pour the remaining butter. Cover the meat dish again and place it in a warm spot. Do not turn off the oven.

We make garlic flan. Peel the garlic cloves. Place them on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool and squeeze out the pulp from each clove. You can roast the heads of garlic simultaneously while cooking pork by placing the baking sheet on the lower level and increasing the time to 18 minutes.

Crush the pressed garlic into a puree, add eggs, flour, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
