Spicy squid is a light yet exquisite dish of European cuisine that captivates with its simplicity and rich flavor. The squid, tender and slightly firm, pairs beautifully with spicy seasonings: black and red pepper as well as aromatic curry. During cooking, the seafood releases juices that combine with olive oil to create a delicate sauce that enhances the natural taste of the squid. The dish cooks quickly while retaining the ingredient's juiciness, and its tender texture and spiciness make it an ideal complement to light side dishes or a standalone snack. Spicy squid is a true gastronomic delight for seafood lovers and simple yet refined cuisine.
