Turkey goulash with green peas is a tender and nutritious dish inspired by European culinary traditions. The lightness of turkey combined with the sweet green peas creates a harmony of flavors, while tomato paste adds a pleasant tang and rich hue. It is prepared by sautéing vegetables and meat, then simmering until tender, making the goulash juicy and rich. This recipe is perfect for a cozy family dinner, especially when served with mashed potatoes or fragrant buckwheat. With its delicate texture and balanced flavor, it is an excellent choice for both everyday meals and special occasions.
