Marinated chicken

90 minutes
Marinated chicken is a true embodiment of flavor harmony and spicy sophistication. This recipe has roots in European cuisine, where the combination of sweet, spicy, and rich flavors is appreciated. Chicken fillet soaked in a marinade of honey, ketchup, vinegar, and aromatic spices gains tenderness and a deep spicy note. Baked under foil, the chicken retains its juiciness while the spices fully unfold, creating a unique taste. Thanks to paprika and cayenne pepper, the dish acquires a light spiciness, while cinnamon adds a warm, slightly sweet note. This treat is perfect for a cozy family dinner or festive table.
