Squid cutlets

Squid patties are an original dish of Pan-Asian cuisine that combines the tenderness of seafood with the heartiness of pasta. Squid, with its soft texture and delicate sea flavor, is sautéed with onions in butter, gaining aromatic caramelization. Tomato paste adds a slight tang and richness to the dish. Mixing fried squid with pasta and egg creates a dense structure for the patties, which acquire an appetizing crispy crust after being breaded in flour and fried. Serving with a fresh vegetable salad refreshes the taste and adds balance. This dish is perfect for those seeking unconventional ways to prepare seafood while enjoying a wealth of flavors in every bite.
