Mix all the ingredients in a pot, except for the candied ginger and almonds.
- Basmati rice: 1 glass
- Coconut milk: 400 ml
- Water: 0.3 glass
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 0.5 teaspoon
- Turmeric: 0.1 teaspoon
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon

Cook over medium or high heat, stirring until the mixture begins to boil.
