Ginger and green onion fried chicken is a refined dish that combines rich flavors and subtle aromas. Marinated chicken soaked in soy sauce and Shaoxing wine gains tenderness and a slight sweetness, while ginger adds fresh spiciness. Frying with onions enhances the depth of flavor, adding caramelized notes and a pleasant textural play. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner, pairs well with fluffy rice, and fills the home with the warmth of a cozy kitchen.
