Cut the onions in half. Thinly slice the garlic cloves. Cut the bell pepper into large strips, after removing the seeds and white veins.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Sweet pepper: 4 pieces

In a large skillet over high heat, heat the oil. Place the onion halves cut side down and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then flip and sauté for another 3-4 minutes. Add garlic, sauté until golden, and add bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté the vegetables until the bell pepper is browned. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes.
