Grilled chicken with lime Caribbean style is a culinary journey to the warm tropics of the Caribbean islands. This recipe captures the richness of local flavors: aromatic thyme, spicy jalapeño, zesty ginger, and the freshness of lime. Marinating the chicken in this bouquet of spices and citrus gives it a unique rich flavor that is both vibrant and refreshing. Grilling adds an appetizing golden crust, with a finishing touch of lime juice squeezed just before serving. This dish pairs perfectly with fluffy rice that absorbs the rich juices and aromas.
