Grilled chicken breast with lime

Grilled chicken breast with lime is a dish that combines the brightness of citrus notes and the depth of spicy flavors. Although it is attributed to Chinese cuisine, it carries the harmony of tastes characteristic of Pan-Asian gastronomy. The marinade of lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and cilantro fills the chicken with freshness, while the mild heat of chili pepper accentuates the richness of flavor. Grilled to a golden crust, the chicken breast remains juicy inside, and its aroma awakens the appetite. Served with rice or a refreshing salad, it transforms into a balanced meal. This is an ideal treat for warm evenings when you crave something light yet rich and exquisite.
