In a pan, fry diced chicken and onion in oil.
- Chicken breast fillet: 250 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Divide the cooked chicken evenly into 8 tortillas. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of grated cheese to each tortilla.
- Monterey Jack Cheese: 200 g
- Tortillas: 8 pieces

Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Add the flour. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat. Add sour cream and green chili. Drizzle the sauce evenly over the flatbreads.

- Sour cream 20%: 1 glass
- Green pepper: 120 g
