Pork gravy steak is a cozy and hearty dish of British cuisine that combines a crispy crust, tender meat, and a rich creamy sauce. Its roots trace back to village cooking traditions where roasted meat with thick gravy was a favorite way to fill up after a long day. The beef steak is seared to golden perfection and served with an aromatic gravy made from fried sausages, flour, and milk, enhanced with spices and hot sauce. This version is perfect for cozy family dinners and pairs well with potatoes, eggs, or fresh vegetables. The rich flavor, richness, and crispy texture make this dish a true delight for meat lovers.
