Mix oats, amaranth, chia seeds, blueberries, and salt in a heatproof dish and pour boiling water over it.
- Oatmeal: 0.5 glass
- Amaranth flour: 1 tablespoon
- Chia seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Frozen Blueberries: to taste
- Water: 0.8 glass

Add honey or maple syrup, mix, and cover with a lid. Leave it overnight.

In the morning, heat the mixture on full power in the microwave for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the lid, stir, and return to the microwave for 2 or more minutes until the mixture is no longer watery.
