Baked white fish fillet in Italian style is a harmony of refined taste and tender texture. The roots of the dish trace back to Mediterranean cuisine, where seafood is valued for its freshness and simplicity of preparation. The fish is infused with dill aroma, while the filling of melted cheese and shrimp gives it creamy softness with light sea notes. Puff pastry creates a crispy crust, and parmesan adds zest. This dish is an ideal choice for dinner—light yet exquisite. It pairs wonderfully with green vegetables and potatoes, filling the meal with Mediterranean charm and warmth of home.
