Cut the meat into large pieces. Finely chop the greens (preferably five types) and mix them.

Mix the meat with greens, lemon juice, and honey. Add salt, pepper, and other spices (if desired) and mix everything thoroughly. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate the meat.

Take the meat out of the fridge, add sour cream, mix well and place it on a baking tray. Bake the meat in a well-heated oven for about 45–60 minutes. The baking time depends on your oven, the quality and size of the meat pieces. If the meat is overcooked in the oven, it will be drier.
