Put the rice to boil.
- Rice: 2 glasss

While the rice is boiling, finely chop the carrot and greens, and spread everything on a baking sheet. Add the boiled chickpeas there as well.
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Green: 1 bunch
- Chickpeas: 1.5 glass

Bake in the oven at 180°C for about twenty minutes, watching to prevent burning.
- Olive oil: 1.5 tablespoon

After twenty minutes, take the baking tray out of the oven and drizzle the roasted vegetables with the juice of half a squeezed orange, then return to the oven for five minutes. Then mix the contents of the tray with rice.
