Cook the rice. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a pan, add onion and carrot, and later add pepper.
- Rice: 500 g
- Minced meat: 200 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Sweet pepper: 3 pieces

Add salt and spices to the sautéed mixture. Mix rice with minced meat, add more spices to taste, tomato paste, and soy sauce.
