Cut the fish fillet lengthwise or into small squares. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a heatproof dish and drizzle with soy sauce.
- Mullet fillet on skin: 800 g
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Five Peppers Mix: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Chop the garlic into cloves, rinse the capers in water to remove excess brine, add everything to the fish and sprinkle on top.
