Fried pumpkin with garlic

Clean the pumpkin and cut it into rectangular pieces (about 2 cm/4 cm).
- Pumpkin: 300 g

Chop the garlic finely: do not use a garlic press, but chop it.
- Garlic: 5 clove

Melt butter in a pan, add pumpkin sticks, fry on one side, flip to the other, sprinkle garlic on each piece, and fry until the second side is done. Before removing from heat, mix everything. Serve hot.
