Preparing sea scallops: place frozen scallops in a bowl and leave to thaw at room temperature to preserve their nutrients. Once thawed, rinse them under running water and place them in salted boiling water. Boil for 3-5 minutes, then remove and place on a plate to cool. Then slice them.

Cooking rice: we boil rice. This can be done in several ways, but I prefer to steam the rice because it turns out very tasty and fluffy. Method of cooking rice in a pot: add rice to a pot with water in a 1:2 ratio. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover tightly. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes until the rice absorbs all the water.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Long grain rice300 g

Preparing mushrooms: wash fresh champignons under running water and peel off the outer skin. Then boil them whole in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Next, we take them out and let them cool. Slice them thinly.
