Nettle cutlets are an original dish of Russian cuisine that combines simplicity and health benefits. The tradition of using nettles in cooking dates back to ancient times when greens from forests and fields were an important source of vitamins. These cutlets, made from beans, have a rich plant flavor with subtle nutty notes, while the nettle adds a delicate green freshness. Their soft bean mixture makes them juicy, and the crispy crust gives them an appetizing texture. Such cutlets pair well with vegetables, green onions, and aromatic spices, making them an excellent choice for those who value healthy eating. They can be served as a standalone dish or as a side dish addition.
