Preparing fish: we wash, clean, cut the fins with scissors, gut it, remove the gills, rinse it under running water, and dry it with a paper towel.

Make three shallow cuts on each side of the fish, rub the fish with oil and spices, insert lemon halves into the cuts, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
