Red Lentil Cutlets for Vegans (Gluten Free)
6 servings
30 minutes
Red lentil patties are the perfect choice for vegans and health food enthusiasts. This recipe, inspired by European cuisine, combines the tenderness of lentils with aromatic spices and the freshness of cilantro. Onions sautéed with brown sugar add caramel notes to the dish, while spices enhance the flavor richness. These patties are gluten-free, making them an excellent option for those sensitive to grains. Baking until golden brown gives them an appetizing texture. Serve them with vegetables, yogurt sauce, or a light side dish – and enjoy the harmony of flavors. Easy to prepare, they are ideal for both everyday dinners and an exquisite vegan menu.
