Noodles with chicken, vegetables and soy sauce

The basic recipe for noodles with chicken can be changed endlessly, indulging your tastes and based on the current circumstances. If you don't have starch on hand, you can replace it with flour, add sourness not with apple cider vinegar , but with lemon juice, fresh ginger is also just one of the options, you can just as successfully finish the taste with garlic and mint or - well, suddenly - grated nutmeg. Egg noodles give a more voluminous taste, and it should be added at the end of cooking, otherwise they will overcook and "cement" the whole dish. But this is not a dogma: regular dry pasta like spaghetti or tagliatelle, if you cook it until al dente, and then rinse with cold water, mix with prepared vegetables and heat it up, will work a little worse.
