Prepare the ingredients. First, chop the onion. Grate the carrot on a fine grater or cut it into cubes. Then, cut the meat into medium-sized cubes.

Heat the pan (you can use any suitable pot you have; I use a frying pan, but a small pot for stewing works well too), add vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 6 tablespoons

First, add the carrots, then the onions, and fry until a pleasant golden color. Add the meat. Fry for about 10 minutes. When the meat turns a nice white color, add the spices. During cooking, the meat should absorb all the spices and acquire a pleasant juicy flavor. Fry for another 3 minutes.

Add water (don't pour it all at once). Add rice. Then add cream. As the rice swells, add all the water; if the specified amount is insufficient, add more, so that some water remains in the pan to act as a sauce. While the meat is simmering, let's return to the ingredients.
- Water: 8 ml
- Rice: 1 glass
- Cream 10%: 0.5 glass

Cook the meat for 30 minutes (or according to the rice's readiness). Chop the tomatoes, peppers, and greens. Add the vegetables 10 minutes before it's done, and add the greens at the very end to keep their appearance and flavor. That's it. Enjoy your meal!
