Broccoli under mozzarella is a harmony of delicate taste and benefits. This recipe embodies European simplicity and elegance, preserving the freshness of vegetables while highlighting them with soft cheese. Broccoli, rich in vitamins and minerals, is first lightly boiled to maintain its crunchiness and then baked under a layer of tender mozzarella with aromatic Provençal herbs. The melted cheese transforms the dish into a creamy, stretchy texture, creating the perfect balance between lightness and rich flavor. This dish is perfect as a standalone light dinner or an exquisite side to meat and fish dishes. The popular combination of vegetables and cheese in European cuisine makes it a versatile choice for those who appreciate healthy and appetizing food.
