Salmon with lemon, baked in grill paper, is an exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation and richness of flavor. This culinary technique traces back to the traditions of baking in natural materials, preserving the juiciness and rich aroma of the fish. Salmon marinated with fresh dill, onion, and lemon zest acquires tangy citrus notes, while thin slices of lemon add a refreshing acidity. Baking in grill paper ensures a delicate texture and rich taste while retaining the fish's beneficial properties. It is served as an exquisite dish for dinner or a light festive meal and pairs perfectly with grilled vegetables, fresh salad, or soft white wine.
