Chop the onion into small cubes, slice the garlic thinly, add to the pan and sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add water and let it simmer on low heat.
- Onion: 100 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and add it to the pan with onion and garlic. Once the pumpkin is fried, add water and cook on medium heat.
- Acorn pumpkin: 250 g

Boil the turkey. Chop in a blender or finely cut.
- Turkey fillet: 100 g

When the pumpkin is soft, add salt, pepper, basil, and mint. Finely chop the pepper and add it to the pan with 2 tablespoons of marinade. (the marinade can be replaced with ketchup with spices)
- Ground pepper mix: 5 g
- Basil: 5 g
- Dried mint: 10 g
- Pickled peppers: 70 g

Add turkey and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
