Mix half of the zest with ground red pepper, chopped herbs, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the shrimp and let it sit for a while.

- Basil: 1 stem
- King Prawns: 300 g

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for about half a minute. Add tomatoes and the remaining zest. Season with a little salt and pepper. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Cherry tomatoes: 200 g
- Lemon zest: 2 teaspoons

Now lay the shrimp in a single layer and fry for about 2 minutes on one side. Flip and hold for another minute or until the shrimp are heated through. Stir the tomatoes gently.

In the meantime, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Noodles: 250 g
- Sea salt: to taste

Drain the pasta but leave half a cup of the water it was cooked in. Pour it into the pan with the shrimp and mix. Add the pasta along with the spinach leaves. Pour in the lemon juice.

Salt and pepper to taste. You can add lemon juice when serving. Serve with crispy bread and grated parmesan.
