Baked bream is a refined dish of European cuisine that reflects the simplicity and depth of traditional culinary flavors. Baking preserves the fish's juiciness, while the aroma of French herbs and fresh rosemary adds a unique richness. The mayonnaise crust makes the texture tender and appetizing, while sea salt and black pepper enhance the natural taste of bream. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner or festive table, especially when paired with a glass of white wine.
