Pumpkin casserole with yogurt is a delicate and aromatic dish of European cuisine that perfectly combines the sweetness of pumpkin, the creamy texture of yogurt, and the savory flavor of cheese. Traditionally, pumpkin casseroles are made in autumn when this vegetable reaches its sweetest and most flavorful state. Thanks to the pumpkin-yogurt base, the dish turns out airy and soft, while thyme adds refined notes of freshness. It is perfect for a family breakfast or a light dinner. The casserole can be served with natural yogurt to enhance its tenderness. This is not only a delicious but also a healthy meal option rich in proteins and vitamins. It is easy to prepare but impresses with its taste!
