Roast beef in honey mustard sauce

Roast beef in honey-mustard sauce is a true gastronomic delight from European cuisine. The combination of tender, juicy beef with aromatic honey-mustard marinade creates an amazing balance of flavors—the sweetness of honey complements the spiciness of mustard, while olive oil adds a velvety texture to the dish. Baking in foil retains the juices inside, making the roast beef incredibly tender. After resting, the meat reveals its full depth of flavors, and pomegranate sauce and fresh green salad enhance its sophistication. The dish is perfect for both festive gatherings and cozy dinners. Its secret to success lies in the simplicity of preparation and the richness of flavor nuances that make roast beef an ideal choice for quality meat lovers.

1
Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, (or spices to taste) in a bowl.
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Mustard: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Sea salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
2
Grease the meat on all sides with the prepared sauce.
- Thick beef edge: 500 g
3
Wrap in plastic wrap and let marinate for at least an hour (if more than 4 hours, place the meat in the refrigerator).
4
Wrap the meat in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Then remove the roast beef, open the foil, and return it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
