Chicken Potentian style

Potentian-style chicken is a fragrant and juicy dish of Mediterranean cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. Baked sweet pepper adds softness and a hint of sweetness to the dish, while the marinade of garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and spices infuses the chicken with freshness and spiciness. White dry wine makes the meat tender and adds depth to the flavor bouquet. The origins of the dish trace back to the traditions of southern regions of Europe where fresh ingredients blend with the art of roasting. This treat is perfect for a leisurely family dinner or festive gathering, bringing warmth and an atmosphere of the Mediterranean. It is served with a light salad or crispy bread to highlight its rich taste.
