We cut the meat into very thin small strips. We mix the meat with crushed garlic, a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lean beef: 600 g
- Garlic: 20 g
- Olive oil: 40 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

We cook quinoa on low heat for 12-15 minutes until the seeds are cooked and fluffy.
- Quinoa: 100 g

We slice the shallots into thin strips. We peel the cucumber from the skin and seeds and cut it into thin long strips. We chop the sweet pepper into small cubes.
- Shallots: 80 g
- Cucumbers: 200 g
- Sweet pepper: 400 g

Pour oil into a well-heated pan and fry the meat for 1 minute until a golden crust forms. But do not overcook.
- Olive oil: 40 ml
- Lean beef: 600 g

Add the onion and fry for another 30 seconds.
- Shallots: 80 g

Add the chopped cucumber and fry for 30 seconds until the cucumber becomes soft.
- Cucumbers: 200 g

Add pepper and fry for another 30 seconds.
- Sweet pepper: 400 g

Add the cooked quinoa and mix everything thoroughly. Place it on a plate and garnish with greens; I use parsley.
