Turkey roll wrapped in bacon is an exquisite dish of American cuisine that combines the tenderness of turkey, the aroma of crispy bacon, and the sweet-spicy taste of prunes. This dish is perfect for a festive table, delighting guests with its appetizing appearance and rich flavor. The combination of minced meat with onions, sour cream, and cane sugar gives the roll a tender texture, while nutmeg and garlic add subtle spicy notes. Baking in bacon makes the roll juicy and rich, and periodic basting with juice enhances its aroma. Serving with greens and slices of baked bacon gives the dish an elegant look, making it a centerpiece on the table. A wonderful treat for those who appreciate harmony of flavors and textures!
