Chop the onion finely, mince the garlic, add a bit of hot pepper and ginger.

- Ground red pepper: to taste
- Grated ginger: 2 teaspoons

Fry until golden brown in olive oil.

Add the chicken and fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle with turmeric and curry, pour in a can of coconut milk, squeeze the juice of a small lime (half for a large one), and simmer on medium heat for about 40 minutes.
